Challenges in the Industry

The CPMS of Electrify Arabia failed to integrate with charging station networks, resulting in a poor user experience for tech-savvy users and new EV users. The purpose of providing accurate information on the availability of charging stations was not achieved with their current UI/UX design. Asset and Security management related to electric vehicle charging, focusing on device specifications, financial impacts, and compliance was not up to the mark, which lessened their credibility.

Implementation of the Solution

Code Genesis optimized the infrastructure that scaled up with the growth in the number of users. The managed infrastructure made the organization of charging stations efficient and improved the detailed tracking of each charging station by 67%. We incorporated a core plugin manager and CRM Plugin that managed tenant staff and clients with easy sign-up and location-based services to select charging stations. We modified assets with stringent security and private standards.
